TAILGATING IN STYLE..

Chef Albrich has been preparing great meals for his clients at different NASCAR events for years. He just recently realized that that was actually a form of “tailgating” albeit a high-end form. Featherlite Coaches has contracted him to cook for their VIP guests and staff at rallies they put together during some of the NASCAR races.

These rallies consist of providing a buffet breakfast and a buffet dinner with the likes of coconut shrimp, sushi, pork rubbed with herbs de Provence, grilled meats and beef tenderloin with truffle smashed potatoes. Not to mention great desserts such as brownie sundaes, mango cheesecake, homemade apple pie a la mode, Chef Albrich’s delicious Tiramisu and much more.

During the Homestead NASCAR rally, we always have a request for Thanksgiving Dinner. The Chef and his staff cook up several turkeys with all the trimmings and top it all with delicious pumpkin pie and homemade whipped cream.
